- Providing impartial inspection and reports on work carried out in the case of disagreements between customer and vendor.

- We respond immediately to specific queries regarding poor workmanship/malpractice
- Written records are despatched within one month of completing the audit
- Office telephones are staffed from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- Services provided are regularly reviewed to ensure that they support current Best Practice and Government Standards (MPT 1362)
