Company History

Auditcare Services Limited came into being in July 2005 in response to an industry wide call for firmer regulation and control in the installations industry.

Initially working with Nokia, the company was founded with the remit of putting in place methods to regulate and reward expertise within the installations industry.

Now a limited company, Auditcare are developing a reputation for thoroughness and impartiality. Working with Nokia on their newly launched Accreditation programme they audit all engineers who have applied for accreditation and ensure that standards are kept high across the board. They also provide an impartial dispute resolution service, carrying out inspections and providing reports on installations to resolve disputes between customer and vendor.

Auditcare are currently working closely with the Federation of Communications Services (FCS) with their revised Silver Award Scheme programme, and are also working on the 2007 review of MPT 1362 (Government Standards within the communications industry).
